RETURN DETAILS 

Should you choose to return the product, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition, and with tags attached for a full refund. Kindly reuse the packaging to minimize our carbon footprint.

Simply email us at contact@luxeauraleather.com, and our representative will assist you in initiating the return process.

Once we receive your returned order, a refund will be issued to you within 7-10 working days.

 

RETURN FOR CUSTOM ORDER:

At LuxeAura Leather, we take pride in creating custom pieces tailored to your unique preferences. Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable and considered final sale. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us at contact@luxeauraleather.com prior to placing your order to ensure every detail meets your expectations. However, if you are unsatisfied with your custom order and still wish to request a refund, we may offer an in-store credit as an alternative. This credit can be applied toward future purchases and will be issued at our discretion. Our goal is to ensure you have a positive shopping experience, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions before placing your order.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you choose to return the product, you will need to cover the expenses associated with shipping it back.
