Damaged Goods

Return / Refund Details

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, email us at returns@luxeauraleather.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Please note that bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at Contact@luxeauraleather.com.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable and considered final sale. We strongly recommend contacting us at custom@luxeauraleather.com before placing an order to confirm details.

If you are not fully satisfied, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Our goal is to ensure a positive customer experience.

Shipping Responsibility
