Shipping Policy & Terms

To ensure timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is correct, including proper spelling and formatting. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. In such cases, store credit may be issued (shipping fees excluded).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for both original and return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. LuxeAura Leather is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Shipping Method

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Time

Most items are made to order. Please allow 7–9 business days for production and 2–3 business days for shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

If you need your order by a specific date, contact us at contact@luxeauraleather.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

If an item is out of stock, we will ship the remaining items and issue store credit for unavailable products.

Please allow 13–15 business days for order processing and shipping. Customized orders may take up to 3 weeks.
