Policy & Terms:
To make sure your package arrives on time, please double-check that your address is correct, including abbreviations and spacing. We can't take responsibility for mistakes in the address. If the package can't be delivered because of an incorrect address, we'll issue a store credit for the item(s) cost, minus shipping fees.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded. If you decline any deliveries from LuxeAura Leather, you'll be responsible for the original shipping charges and the return shipping costs. These expenses will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the Shipping Courier. LuxeAura Leather does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
Shipping Method:
We offer worldwide complimentary shipping on all orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been picked up by the courier.
Shipping Time:
Most of the pieces are made to order and hand-cut in our workshop the day you submit the order. You should allow approximately 7-9 days for us to produce the piece once your order is processed and then 2-3 days for shipping. As soon as your order is dispatched by us, you will receive a tracking number to track your order. If you need to receive your package before a certain date, you can email us at contact@luxeauraleather.com and we will do the necessary for you to have your piece in time.
*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing store credit for the item(s) not in stock.*
*Please allow up to 10 business days (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order. Customized Orders may take upto 3 weeks.
