RETURN / REFUND DETAILS:

 

Should you choose to return the product, we offer a 14-DAYs RETURN POLICY, from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition, and with tags attached for a full refund. Kindly reuse the packaging to minimise our carbon footprint.

Simply email us at returns@luxeauraleather.com, and our representative will assist you in initiating the return process.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Contact@luxeauraleather.com.

 

RETURN FOR CUSTOM ORDER:

 

At LuxeAura Leather, we take pride in creating custom pieces tailored to your unique preferences. Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable and considered final sale. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us at custom@luxeauraleather.com before placing your order to ensure every detail meets your expectations.

However, if you are unsatisfied with your custom order and still wish to request a refund, we may offer an in-store credit as an alternative. This credit can be applied toward future purchases and will be issued at our discretion. Our goal is to ensure you have a positive shopping experience, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions before placing your order.

  • Non-Refundable Policy – All custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • In-Store Credit Option – If a refund is requested, in-store credit may be issued instead of a monetary refund.
  • Contact Before Ordering – Customers are encouraged to contact us at contact@luxeauraleather.com before ordering to finalise design details.
  • Customer Satisfaction – We are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase and are available to assist before and after your order is placed.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you choose to return the product, you will need to cover the expenses associated with shipping it back.
